After cutting the sheer strake notches, this month has been mainly about lightening the bulkheads to reduce all up weight, while leaving sufficient stiffness in the frames...
 
 
and making provision for the lateral floor timbers. Planning ahead & making sure of a level floor and cradle is really starting to pay off in terms of time saved.
 
 
 
cross checked diagonally shows a 1mm lateral variation which I'm more than happy to live with over 1200mm
 
 
 
 
while back to front levelling seems to be spot on.
 
 
Final task for the month is to tab around the seams. I'm taking the approach here of tabbing so that I can remove all the ties before epoxy application, saving the need to remove the wires afterwards.
 
 
However, for the flatter seams, I've also added a short piece of glass tape to take the load off the (necessarily) thinner epoxy tab.
